Our designers have hand-selected our assortment of products because we love them and feel they are of exceptional quality and design, but we understand that you may need to make a return. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to start a Return Authorization Request. to return your item(s) within 21 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. Note that returns are not accepted for special orders, items that have been installed, are no longer in their original packaging, lighting + furniture no longer in original packaging, and other items listed below. Other exclusions may apply. 

If you have received item(s) that are incorrect, defective or damaged, please notify our Client Services team within 3 business days of receipt of package to file a claim. Claims can be started by visiting Start a Damage Claim. Any notifications or claims reported beyond 3 days of delivery will not be honored.

Upon return, your item will be inspected and credits or refunds will be issued. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for refunds to process and up to one billing cycle for your credit card statement to reflect, depending on your bank card issuer.  Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. 

Please Note: Original Shipping and handling charges and return shipping costs are not refundable. All returns will also incur a 15% restocking fee. Rugs, lighting, furniture and oversized mirrors incur a 20% restocking fee. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.  Packages that are not in original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, Babytot will not be liable if there is no tracking information. Items returned without an RMA Number will not be accepted. 

Babytot reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.  


Once orders are submitted, they cannot be cancelled. Orders in transit cannot be cancelled. We do not honor cancellation requests made by voicemail, email or offline chat messages. 

Parcels that are unclaimed or refused will be subject to applicable return and re-stocking fees and will not be considered cancelled.  



We do not offer exchanges. To return an order, please contact us to start a Return Authorization Request. Customer can place a re-order for alternate items. 


Our goal is to provide accuracy in all prices, delivery rates and other information. All prices in our online store are in U.S. dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items and correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
